Improvements in communication technology requires individuals from across cultures to be recruited from abroad. As multicultural teams assimilate in American culture, so do their daily challenges while they become comfortable with interacting with their colleagues at work and socially outside of work. ARTA develops customized training to achieve better results in handling these often subtle barrier people face.
