Reasons for your personal information

ARTA is a personalized service which means most of our online sessions are one to one.  We collect your personal information so that we can provide you with personalized features, for instance, you can return to the site to view prior recorded sessions. Make your past tutoring sessions available, allows you to access and review your progress.  When you signup for lessons with ARTA, we create an account username and password for you to log in anytime to gain access to your personal lesson material twenty-four hours a day. You can choose not to provide this information to us, but in general some information about you is required in order for you to sign up and participate in the features offered through the Site.
You will also be asked to enter your name and address information and we will do everything possible to secure for you to make all purchases securely. We also maintain contact with you regarding your account status through email and send out scheduling confirmations by email.  At times we will also ask you for feedback about our website and services and reply to your email when you have comments or questions. You also have the choice to opt out of these promotional materials at the time you create an account, or anytime after if you wish to update you account information.  We will not sell your personal information at anytime to other companies under any circumstances.  Only authorized employees are permitted access to personal information, and they may do so solely for business functions.
The person or organization that makes the payment for services will have the right to access any personal information provided by the enrolled applicants.  This includes the content of your accent reduction lessons via video, audio or text recorded during the sessions. If you wish us to not share this information, than you must be the sole authorizer on the credit account.
In the instance of promotional codes used, the code holder may be notified that such promotions have been transacted. This includes any emails send to friends to tell invite them to participate in our services. We will automatically send your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the site. ARTA may attempt to send invitations more than once. Your friend may contact support to request that we remove this information from our database.

If we have reason to believe that disclosing your Personal Identification is required by law, or is otherwise reasonable to protect someone from possible injury, we may do so.

By using the ARTA website and attending ARTA sessions, users agree to release all ARTA trainers, managers, it’s owners, officers, partners and employees from any and all claims, losses, actions, or damages including attorney fees that I might have now or in the future, for any injuries physical or emotional or damages or losses arising out of any manner resulting from my attendance, training, classes or any other type of use of any products or services obtained by ACCENT REDUCTION TRAINING ASSOCIATION (ARTA) or Live Faculty LLC. Users of the service also understand that classes may record video and audio for quality control and publication and that ACCENT REDUCTION TRAINING ASSOCIATION, LiveFaculty, LLC, and all trainers, assistants, managers, and ARTA’s owners, officers, partners and employees are not liable for any claims, losses, actions or damages including attorney’s fees that might result from this recording.
