CHOOSING YOUR PROGRAM 


Joining the ARTA Accent Reduction program is easy.

The first thing you’ll do is take a private assessment to begin your training program (Lite or Pro). Each option has unique features and benefits so you can pick the one that best suits your training goals. Of course, if you need a recommendation or any help deciding which one is best for you, we’re here to talk to you about it!

GETTING SIGNED UP
After choosing a Lite or Pro Training subscription, you can sign up right here on the site. Just click the “Subscribe” button and you’ll be taken through a 1-2 minute payment process that will get you access today. We are also more than happy to sign you up via phone or for a ‘Live Class’, where you can schedule weekly sessions.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Your initial ARTA Assessments help us to get to know your accent better so we can start customizing your LMS resources (learning management system) with customized weekly modules. The information we gather will include details about your language type, fluency level, study habits, topic preferences, and the type of study plan you need. Each of these speaking tasks will shape your personal training experience. Additionally, your retention rate tells us what learning methods you like to use. This allows us to prepare your lessons and select a curriculum without those features

LIVE LESSONS 
A customized live lesson plan with login portal access will be created once we determine how many recommended sessions you wish to schedule (add-on) per month, and how many minutes for the session duration you take the live training. And finally, knowing something about your professional goals will enable us to create a work related context to implement your lessons with just the right balance of feedback and professional support. Ultimately, we want to ensure that each of your lessons is prepared according to your personal diagnostic report; professional needs, goals with a flexible schedule when you choose to upgrade.

STARTING YOUR SERVICE
Shortly after you’ve signed up for your assessment and accessed your LMS Portal you’ll get a confirmation call or email from your Program Manager to confirm your login details. We do this because we want to be sure we’ve got everything right before you get started.

When your service officially begins your lessons will be available on your start date. Your live lessons will always be delivered by a ARTA Certified Trainer. They will also be your own private and secure virtual classroom for you to review anytime.

Inside your personal login you’ll find your lesson module for the week. Be sure to watch the video, take the quiz or complete an activity to unlock the next progressive module. You can start to practice the exercises that go with each lesson. Also, in your profile login, you’ll receive a handy Live Chat service that helps you when you get stuck, and gives some helpful guidelines on how to maintain speech habits away from live classes.

Once you’ve started receiving live lessons, we’ll continue to schedule you until you decide to cancel. It’s important to keep in mind that at this point, we’ll automatically restart your study plan unless you cancel in your login page on Speak-Well.org to let us know you want to cancel service prior to your ‘renewal date’ by sending an email to [email protected].

MANAGING YOUR PROGRAM
After your diagnostic assessment report results you can start looking at and managing your lessons. You can do this online by logging into your account. Your report will show you the lessons topics for the weeks ahead. You can add a variety of alternate customized lesson topics by extending your plan with private coaching, so you can customize your needs and interests. 

STAYING IN TOUCH
To make Self-Paced LMS Training the best it can be for you, we’ll ask you to look at our relationship as a two way street. On our end, we’ll assign you a program manager who will be your personal contact within our company. We recommend that you contact your manager on your first day of service to be certain everything is satisfactory, on the third day to see how we’re doing, and again after two weeks to make sure you’re on track. And of course your manager is available to support you by email when needed.

On your end, we only ask that if there is ever anything that we can do to make your experience better, please let us know. We want you to be completely satisfied and we’re always here to help.
