You must be authorized to use the credit card, debit card or other payment source (“Card”) you provide to purchase services. By purchasing services, you authorize LiveFaculty, LLC or its designated payment processor to charge the purchase amount (plus any applicable fees) to your Card. By providing your Card account information to LiveFaculty, LLC, you authorize us to collect and store it and other related transaction information. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees plus applicable taxes associated with the site in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your account is past due or your payment transaction fails, we may collect any such fees owed using other collection methods. (This includes charging other payment methods on file with us and retaining collection agencies and legal counsel)
When you purchase services, you are purchasing only a limited license to use certain features on the LiveFaculty, LLC Service. Service fees are non-refundable and are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from LiveFaculty, LLC at any time. LiveFaculty, LLC does not guarantee the transferability of Service. Services may not be transferred to any third party outside of the LiveFaculty, LLC Service and may not be used as a means to transfer money to a third party. You agree that LiveFaculty, LLC has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate sessions as it sees fit, and LiveFaculty, LLC will have no liability to you for exercising such rights.
